Failed Auction

Valid in: Ranging or balanced conditions.

Location: Edges of macro profile HVNs; previous day and overnight VAH/VAL.

Read: Price breaks outside the range but fails to build and hold value there.

Trigger: Value builds back inside the range, then a micro range breaks.

Entry: Break of the micro-range swing inside the larger range.

Stop: Failed breakout extreme.

Exit: Opposite value edge, POC, VWAP or a major swing point.

Breakout

Valid in: Trending or imbalanced conditions.

Location: Edges of macro profile HVNs; previous day and overnight VAH/VAL.

Read: Price breaks outside the range, accepts value and continues.

Trigger: A micro range builds outside the range, then breaks in the direction of the move.

Entry: Pullback or retest of the range built outside the larger range.

Stop: High or low of the outside micro range.

Exit: VWAP, previous highs/lows or major swing points.

Refusals
• No trades in the middle of balance or at POC.
• No chasing sudden spikes or drops.
• No trading through major news unless explicitly planned.
• No moving the preset stop or taking profit early without a plan-based reason.
